Suffolk has an array of great fine foods supplied by independent companies and so, where possible, we try to focus on locally produced foods. Delicatessen – we have a huge range of suppliers of fine foods, ranging from fresh cheese, olives and antipasti along with oils, vinegars and of course chutneys and sauces. We also stock items for the sweet lovers amongst us with jams, biscuits and cakes.
Sandwiches – a sandwich at Ferguson’s will be made to order with fresh bread from the Lavenham Bakery and the finest ingredients from our specialist range. We’re always trying new flavour combinations – look out for the Daily Special, where you’ll see our latest suggestions. Add a cold drink and a snack (cake or crisps) and you’ll have a lunch to see you through the rest of the day!
Cakes – a small independent shop like ours can build up great relationships with the best local niche suppliers who, like us have a passion to be the best at what they do. We have a brilliant selection of cakes every day and there will be a few surprises too!
Sandwich Platters- due to the popularity of our freshly made sandwiches, we have produced a range of sandwich platters, which can delivered to your home or office without a delivery charge if you are based in Hadleigh. Beer – We are the only outlet in Hadleigh that sells the locally produced – ‘Hellhound Beer’. There are three options to choose from; Dirty Blond, Blackshuk and Thunderstuck. Produced in Hadleigh’s only micro brewery, this in one beer you really need to try.
